Transaction records in MYR, payment methods used, and deposit or withdrawal history. Card details are not stored directly.
Pages visited, games played, session duration, clicks, and other in-platform interactions to help us improve our services.
Why We Use Your Data
Pn16 uses collected information solely for purposes related to delivering platform services to users in Malaysia. Your data will not be used for any other purpose without your prior consent.
The primary purposes for which we use your data include: processing account registration and verifying user identity; securely processing deposits and withdrawals in MYR; providing effective customer support when you contact the pn16 team; sending account-related notifications such as login confirmations or password changes; and detecting and preventing fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
We also use aggregated, non-identifiable usage data to understand platform usage patterns, improve the user interface, and introduce new features better suited to the needs of users in Malaysia. This analysis does not expose any individual's information to any party.
