Pn16 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing use of the pn16 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the pn16 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement is legally binding and takes effect as soon as you begin using the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the pn16 platform immediately and not proceed with account registration. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The pn16 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have reached the minimum required age and are legally entitled to participate in online betting and entertainment activities under the laws applicable in your place of residence.

Pn16 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version of the terms.

Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the pn16 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without a refund of any remaining balance. All information provided at registration — including full name, phone number, and email address — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. pn16 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for legal compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your login information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the pn16 support team immediately at [email protected]. pn16 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to adequately protect their account details.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

All users of the pn16 platform are required to comply with the following rules at all times when using our services.

Prohibited Activities
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate game outcomes
  • Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems
  • Spreading false or misleading information about pn16
  • Using the platform for money laundering purposes
  • Registering an account using another person's identity
User Obligations
  • Keeping personal information up to date whenever changes occur
  • Adhering to the set deposit and withdrawal limits
  • Reporting any technical errors or suspicious transactions
  • Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only
  • Complying with all local laws applicable to online gambling

Violation of any of the above rules may result in a formal warning, temporary suspension, or permanent closure of your account. pn16 reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice in cases of serious violations such as fraud or hacking attempts.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the pn16 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets, and other methods listed in the platform's deposit section.

Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set based on the payment method and the user's account tier. These limits are subject to change, and users will be notified via in-platform notices.

Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the chosen method and verification requirements. pn16 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes.

Unauthorised Transactions

Any deposit made via an unauthorised method or using a third-party account will be declined and returned. pn16 is not liable for any losses arising from transactions that do not comply with the platform's guidelines.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using an account registered in their own name. pn16 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time as part of its mandatory Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

Pn16 Liability Limits

Pn16 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including service disruptions due to technical maintenance, natural disasters, or third-party interference beyond our control. pn16 endeavours to keep the platform operational 24 hours a day, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

In the event of a technical error affecting a game outcome — such as a connection disruption during an active round — pn16 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the original stake to the user. Any claims relating to disputed game outcomes must be submitted to the support team within 48 hours of the incident.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pn16 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, audio, and software — is the exclusive property of pn16 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, or modify any such content without prior written consent from pn16.

Account Suspension & Closure

Pn16 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or failed to meet requested identity verification requirements. In the event of a suspension, any valid account balance will be frozen while an investigation is carried out.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request via email to the pn16 support team. Any eligible balance will be returned to the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe, subject to the settlement of any outstanding transactions. pn16 reserves the right to decline an account closure request if there is an active, unresolved investigation relating to that account.

Third-Party Links

The pn16 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. pn16 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users who access external links do so at their own risk and are responsible for reviewing the relevant third-party terms separately.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Pn16 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via an in-platform notice or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between the parties involved. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision will be reinterpreted or severed as necessary, while the remaining provisions of this document continue in full force and effect. pn16's failure to enforce any right under these terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
